Golden and slightly crisp on the outside, filled with chocolate on the inside: these rice paper chocolate sticks are an easy alternative to classic pastries. All you need is a few ingredients and an air fryer.
The round rice paper sheets are dipped in an egg and oat milk mixture, layered on top of each other and rolled up with chocolate. This makes two long sticks filled with dark chocolate – if you prefer it milder, use milk chocolate.

Tips & Variations
Only dip the rice paper briefly into the liquid: it will soften further while you stack and roll it.
Place the sticks in the air fryer with a little space between them so the surface browns evenly.
Cooking times can vary depending on the air fryer. Check towards the end so the rice paper doesn’t get too dark.
Best served fresh and still slightly warm – the chocolate inside can be hot.
For variety, use milk chocolate, dark chocolate or another type of chocolate.
